Great little hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms & landings very dated. Downstairs gorgeous. Amazing breakfast.

It is a beautiful building, staff are very pleasant and we'll trained. Parking is a bit difficult, we ended up having to park in the street and go out and pay every hour. There is a car park but it was full. Still 5 stars because it is gorgeous inside and the food was great.

Great location for Chichester centre as 20 yards from the shops . Priory park next door and all the attractions and many good eating places within walking distance. Some car parking on the hotel premises.Staff extremely helpful and every staff member greeted us when we passed them including maintenance. We had booked superior Room was clean and was styishly decorated and looked over the roofs to the cathedral ..fantastic sunset. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate. Breakfast was very good . Will book again .

My dad bought my mum & I at spa day at this hotel. Spa is generous. It consisted of an oversize jacuzzi & steam room (not designed for people over 5ft5. No shower on wet-side so had to walk though reception to the changing room to have a cold shower after using the steam room. Some people just jumped into the jacuzzi.. not too hygienic if you ask me. Home & garden magazines provided but too dark to read them. Changing room space for 2 people maximum, despite the spa booking 6 people in while we were there. Crowded! Built in the basement, you have no concept of time or day.. quite strange & stuffy. This being said, our facials were very nice.

*having to write this on my sons account. Our wedding weekend October 21/22 was absolutely amazing. Amy our coordinator was so on the ball, she made the day run extremely smoothly. Stephen was very patient and kind, he was attentive to a very nervous and anxious bride. Brett controlled the running of the wedding on Sunday to the minute and delivered perfection. Alex was also very kind and kept my glass full for the duration of the evening. Superb staff working in a fantastic establishment. Already planning my 60th to be held here. Love John and Jan x
