  Mega outdated!!!! Worse hotel I hvae ever came across in my life. Many areas could do with a bit better maintenance. Stairs were dirty needed a hoover. The breakfast could have been fresher. I couldn't get the shower to run cold. The WiFi is insecure and doesn't work at all when I complain staff was horrible and rude. Never again

  Good evening food, with great attentive table service! Breakfast spread however was slightly sparse. Rooms were a tad on the overly warm side with no way to control temperature. Room however was clean and well outfitted. The usuals... TV, Phone, Kettle, Iron (inc board), a selection of Teas and Coffee, with complimentary biscuits were all included. Warm shower, good sized bath. Beds comfy with soft or harder pillows available. Gym facilities dated but adequate, Pool, hot tub, and spa were lovely, and clearly well maintained. Bar was okay, but lacked any real atmosphere... However! They had Doom Bar on tap which kept me happy! An overall above average stay :) Happy.

  As you arrive there is plenty of parking space in the large car park.. The rooms are nice and large and the breakfast in the hotel was filling and set me up for the day. It's a 15 minute walk into Chichester Town centre which I enjoyed on one of the sunny days during my stay.

  Enjoyed a two night stay at this hotel with my wife. Hotel was our room were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent, staff friendly and has a small pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

  Attended a post funeral event the staff were extremely attentive and the food serviced wad excellent. Would like to mention Sandra who looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed. An excellent member of staff. Many thanks
