  Had family over for the evening and decided to give the Chinese Lantern a try. We were not disappointed. My visitors from Wales commented on how tasty the food was, the best they had ever tasted. I would certainly recommend the Chinese Lantern in Probus. Outstanding!

  Best in the west! Fresh and cooked to order. You have to wait but there is a reason. ....they cook to order!

  Good: excellent; Service: Poor. Phoned up with order for collection later that night. When we first ally got there, they had not started and had to wait with about 5 other orders who they had also lied to. Food always nice though! I'll go again despite the poor service.
