Even though the store have great selection of Asian products. I am boycotting this store due to its horrible customer service. There are times that the owner accused me of stealing by carrying my shopping from somewhere else into their store. He always called me out when I was checking out, even though he could just asked nicely at the gate.

Received secret recipe from lady owner! Asked her for price of skate while holding a bottle of southeast asian spicy sauce (sambal). She immediately guessed what I was going to do and proceeded with me to the shelf to recommend a brand that she used before to make delicious baked skate for her family. Followed her instructions assiduously and food turned out to be great! Widest selection of Chinese / Southeast Asian sauces and foodstuff I've seen among the Asian supermarkets in Cambridge.

Good for southeast Asian and Chinese food. The owners speak English fluently and help fill. Good stock of products.

Worst customer service I have ever received in any shop. And I'm not alone here, my friends and families have also been offended in various ways by the owners. We are now boycotting it. The products are overpriced, which is understandable, we are all trying to make a living here. What amazes me is the owners' attitude towards customers. How it survives this long is beyond me. It's a shame such a great spot on Mill Road is hogged by such a horrible shop.
