  I booked my vehicle in weeks ahead, describing in detail the issue, explaining I needed the work done in the early day as I had commitments. I even rang the previous day to make sure all OK. When I arrived, it was clear they had no intention of doing my job as committed, even when I explained the urgency. They even said I had not told thyem the issue - just an untruth. To cap it all, they tried to put me off by saying it was a 2 hour job when I know it was probably nearer 30 minutes. When I calmly tried to explain how unhappy I was, they replied "if that's your attitude".... The man in charge was rather rude, could not care less about his customers and does not deserve to be given a chance. Glad I went elsewhere.
