::Serviced apartment comes with a small open kitchenette, a bedroom and separate WC and bathroom. WC very small and tap does not have heated water. Bathmat was mouldy and bath tub does not look clean. Hot water runs out after a while. Parts of room were mouldy. An uncomfortable stay at the rate they charge. However, after our negative feedback, they refunded £100 to us.

::Good apart hotel that has a small kitchen in the room so you are allowed to bring your own food. It is centrally located so you can walk to visit most of the sites in London. There is a communal area in the ground floor where you can select the music to be played and there is a hot drink machine available 24hs and free of charge. Room prices are not cheap but quite affordable for what it includes as mentioned above and the location

::Excellent place to stay in the middle of everything - just across the Thames from London Eye, 2 minutes to Trafalgar Sq. Garfunkel's restaurant and Tesco basically across the street. We had an one bedroom apartment which was very clean but looked dated and would definitely be in need for a refresh. Apart of that, the staff is friendly and very helpful and overall our experience was good.

::We have been so, so happy during our stay at the Citadines at Trafalgar Square. Everything has been really pleasant. (We are a family with two children - a baby and a toddler). The apartments themselves are very comfy, clean and spacious for central London. The location is insanely good. The staff are exceptional. Before I even think to ask, they help out. You get free coffee whenever needed. They also provide a mobile you can use around London. The lobby area is lovely with a lounge AND an area of toys for the children. We are staying for a week at present, and will definitely use this hotel as a base in future.

::Our first trip to London together was one of new experiences and shared wonder. We walked into Citadines at Trafalgar square having done a little research as to the location we would be staying and as a result, knew it was a great location to stay. Walking distance to the city, restaurants, theatres and London life. A great place to stay, with reasonable sized rooms(for London) Modern decor, and all the creature comforts you would need, at an affordable rate. The service was great and everyone was friendly and always happy to help, will definitely stay again when I visit.
