  Sales staff are very helpful hower once you get your keys and move in the customer service is non existent. Report the issues and you get a man in a suit to come and fob you off. Report back to the customer service team and get ignored. Had to contact the NHBC over an issue with the garden flooding and got another man in a suit turn up with excuses and fobbing us off. Very willing to sell you the perfect family home however not keen to help with the family garden that is unusable due to constantly being waterlogged. Really regret using Miller now and wish i had read other online reviews first.

  It's a new housing estate. Where the old Claiville Stadium used to be.
