  bought kid's shoes, nice service, bought smaller size and was able to exchange it for bigger the next day. pleasant experience all around. its pricey but i think the quality is worth it.

  for second time.i went to shop to complain as my son wellies broke in less.than a month, lady who helped me didnt show the interest and kindness to help me i didnt like how she spoke to me the whole time and could see she was angry unhappy because i was telling her what happened to the shoes. trying to tell me many times that my son run a lot so thata why boots broken when my son is just two half ans the time he walk is not hours ans hours. in the end she changed them cos manger told her but she showed all the time NO ways to help me as i had the proof of purchace by Statement. Staff need to learn to listen to customer and trying to give solution not to put obstacules without knowing what they can do.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful, but noticed that the manager was quite rude to her staff and to other customers rather than supportive when the staff was assisting me with my purchase. Not very impressed, not how I expect a manager to treat their staff...believe her name was Chanel.

  Spacious store. Looks good and well presented throughout. Been there to collect my online order and it was done within few minutes. Clarks shoes quality is second to none. Staff are very helpful.
