  Very expensive for children's shoes but quality is really good

  Today, I visited the Grand arcade branch to collect my parcel. Staff are more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. They are trying to get rid of them instead of aiming to make the shopping experience a positive one! At the end of my visit, I was asked if I already paid for my shoes!!! It seems that management treat customers as potential thieves! Customers deserve better! Hence I will never visit again! They keep their shoes, I will spend my hard- earned money elsewhere.

  Great range of well made shoes. Shop is generally well kept and service is good.

  The shop is too busy, but the staff somehow manage to keep up! The young Christmas temps are so lovely.

  Have had to take my kids shoes back twice as they were too small. Obvious sales tactic so they wont last long.
