::Clarks is good quality always. You never have to break-in the shoes they feel comfortable straight away. Prices are a bit steep though.

::The staff are so helpful and are always on hand to help with shoe fittings, returns and exchanges. My encounter with the Clarks staff (Manisha and Ulfet) has always been brilliant especially although occasionally there has been a break down of communication with management. My only negative feedback would be they lack variety in terms of smart casual attire.
