Had a product complaint and the manager went out of his way to rectify the problem. Excellent service always and good to see that Clarks is willing to sort out the rare issues, when they arise. Not many companies do that these days.

Good range of shoes and Clarks products available. Staff are usually busy but always helpful. Using their electronic inventory system they can soon tell you if the item you like is available in your preferred size and colour. If not in stock, items can be ordered. They always have a selection of styles "on sale" where savings of 50% can be had.

Always packed! The Clarks quality we trust and we always buy our child's shoes from here. When they do a sale, they are really good value.

Bought welly boots for my daughter and after 3 weeks the heel had worn through. Went into store and dealt with a very polite and helpful young English lady. Who brought me some other boots to look at in exchange, unfortunately neither were suitable. I politely asked for a cash refund. And the manager appeared who I found to be very abrupt and confrontational she tried to tell me that boots were only for occasional wear and if my daughter had worn them most of the 3 weeks(which she hadn't)than it wasn't a fault with the boot it was "wear and tear" and a refund would only be a one off. Her whole tone made what was a regular conversation to an unpleasant one. Perhaps being from a different culture she doesn't understand how to deal with people politely in the UK.
