  Very helpful staff. Sometimes you need to wait to be served,but they ll always find what you are looking for. Nice designs, comfortable and quality shoes and bags

  Staff very helpful. Bought a pair of shoes which I was thrilled with at great price.

  Location is good, but the staff weren't as friendly as other stores. Also the range and comfort of shoes has dwindled over the years. I have awkward feet and once upon a time I could buy Clarks without a worry, now the width just isn't available and the comfort seems to have been replaced with style.

  Worst shop ever. I went in this morning to get school shoes for my son. It was very quiet with one family already being served by one member of staff. I took a ticket and waited. A blond lady was in the middle of putting up a display, she walk passed me and said she would be '2 secs' rather than putting down her items and serving us she went into the cupboard and got out the new picture. She then went back up the ladder and attempted for another 5 minutes to put the picture up while I am still waiting. I couldn't believe it. What shocking customer service. In the end the other assistant had to remind her I was still waiting. Then she came over. I've tried phoning up customer services only to be told it costs 7p per minute and put in a queue. Won't be going back in a hurry!
