  Tried to purchase boots yesterday. The girl serving left me waiting at the till for the boots to be brought down. She continued serving a lady who came in after me and left me waiting at the till for over 10 minutes. In fairness the man in charge noticed me waiting patiently, as other customers came and went, and went to check where they were, only to find they hadn’t been ordered down. Waste of time! Shan’t be going to that store anytime soon.

  My 16mth old granddaughter was fitted for shoes (3 1/2F ) Purchased pink lou shoes has advised £26.00.... Couple days wear she would not keep shoes on....took her to leicester branch to be re measured to find her shoe size actually (4 1/2F) and should not have been given pre walker shoes, has she is walking.. Even told assistant she was wearing 4 trainer before purchase and her respond was all shoes are different...i trusted her judgement....How wrong was i !!! Feel well bad nan buying her first shoes from CLARKS ....shoes measured to damage feet!!

  Only the ground floor is used for retail sales and so the range of items is somewhat restricted compared to the online store. The lack of space means the store can often feel overcrowded and during sale periods rather hectic. The staff seem stressed and unable to give customers proper attention. My request for help buying a £100 pair of shoes was brushed off and so I left the store. Disappointed!
