  I rented with Colet Estates for 3 years and found them to be professional and helpful. If I had any issues (maintenance, lost keys etc.) the team would deal with the issues promptly and efficiently. I would recommend using Colet Estates.

  I have been renting with Colet Estates for over a year. The team has always been helpful and professional. Renting and renewing process was quick and easy and they have always responded to issues and questions promptly.

  I was a tenent on Hammersmith Road for two years. Our let was managed by Colet estates. Whenever we had a problem with the property the agent would send over one of the maintenance team within two days. We also received ( quite rightly) our full deposit back when we moved out. I was very impressed at the honesty of these estate agents.

  We have been renting a flat for just over 2 years and Colet Estates, property management has been amazing and attending to our needs of things to be repaired or serviced in the flat. We are very house proud and take good care of the flat and do require some maintenance work every now and then which is always quickly and effectively attended to.
