  Stayed here for 2 nights. Good location but very noisy. Would not stay here again. Room service did not change the towels for fresh ones. First hotel i have ever stayed at where this has not happened. Room had a hair dryer that nearly set on fire while i was trying to use it. I told reception who sent me a replacement but they kept the faulty one still in the room. Hotel is outdated and needs a refresh.

  Eventful stay. Stayed for 4 nights in a twin room with a friend. Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent - walkable distance to many nice restaurant and just next to Electric cinema, which I really recommend visiting. Secondly - the less nice stuff, the stay itself. The first morning I’ve found a puddle in the bathroom. The wet stains on the ceiling suggested that there must be some leakage. I told the reception and when we got back in the evening, all was clean so I thought it was fixed. However, that evening I suddenly heard water go off in the bathroom and went to check - there was literally a waterfall coming from the ceiling for several minutes. I filmed it and we went immediately downstairs to tell the reception. The young lady did not seem as concerned as we expected her to be - she said she’ll get someone to check and offered to give us some toilet tissue to dry it - she did not know where a mop was. Eventually we decided to use our towels to dry it up as she assured us we would get some clean towels once someone comes upstairs to check our bathroom. About half an hour later, no one came to check our room. So we went downstairs again, and I was getting really annoyed. The lady was confused that we were complaining again, saying that there’s nothing she can do and that she sent someone to see us (she didn’t - no one came the whole night). I said I was surprised that she had not gone up herself to check and to perhaps get someone to clean it. She got very offended and almost shoutwd at me that she can’t leave the reception and that she does not know how to clean stuff anyway and that she has mo other room to give us and that I can check online myself if I don’t believe her. She promised to send someone in the early morning. No one came in the morning so we went to the reception again. The man there was a bit more helpful and went to check our room himself. He only gave us some clean towels and a new room later. The other room seemed better at the first glance, however, it was very noisy, the windows could not be opened (??) and the bathroom had a shower with only half a shower curtain, so one would flood the whole room while showering. So, I am not planning to go back.

  Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I paid £150 for a double room for one night. There was no air conditioning so it was uncomfortably warm, I couldn't keep my window open all night due to having fire exit stairs right outside my window so anyone could climb up to my room like romeo and Juliet! The kettle that I had in my room was absolutely filthy, It was literally like someone had been cooking soup in it. Very noisy hotel, I had someone on the floor above me at 3am walking backwards and forwards for an hour either drunk or sleep walking and a lorry outside loading/unloading rubbish at 4am. Considering the size of this place and the great location it is in you would think more effort would be put in to make sure the place had air conditioning first of all and cleaner rooms. I Won't be staying here again and wont be recommending either.

  For the money it can't be faulted. I really like the bar, it has comfortable seating, its warm and well stocked. Also a pool table. Rooms are clean and warm, great bed. Views aren't the best out the back but thats a very minor complaint. Close enough to anywhere in the town.

  I stayed at the Comfort Inn with two friends as it was close to the o2 academy where we were watching a band. The staff were brilliant and the beds were the most comfortable I've slept in. The breakfast option looked great, although we ate elsewhere. Car parking was confusing, as there isn't parking on site, but they have a deal with a car park nearby (2 minute walk) where the guests get a discount.
