  Brilliant check-in staff. Late checking in and it was no bother happily stocked up our tea making facilities. Lovely friendly check out staff keep it up we will be back.

  Very friendly and helpful staff.accomadation clean n comfortable.good food in bar restaurant next door. Few Mins driving away from coast. shopping in sunderland and sites of area. Highly reccomend this venue

  Suited us just right, no whistles and bells but gives a good night sleep in a comfy room

  Visited whilst on business, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean.

  Staff great. But the rooms are very tired and are in need of an update. Work book the hotel, if I had a choice I wouldn't stay here.
