  I'm an estate agent myself, so when I meet a fellow team of people that do care about service and do know what they are talking about, I am always impressed. Karly on the sales progress side, updated me pretty much daily and I was the buyer! so she really knew what was happening and was informative, always helpful and clearly working hard. Thank you guys

  Fantastic service. We bought our home through Connells and they couldn't have been more helpful. Jason gave us great advice and supported us at every stage, especially when finding us building insurance post exchange after our original insurer refused to honour their quote. Karly was excellent, letting us send tradesmen to our property and liaising with the vendor so we could get essential work complete before we moved in with our baby. Thank you all so much.

  I have worked with a few estate agents in buying and selling properties over the years and Connells Southville without a doubt have been a cut above the rest and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future or to recommend them to others. They were enthusiastic, supportive and professional throughout the sale and achieved a great result. The best agent I have used in Bristol.

  We sold our house through Connells in the summer of 2015 and could not recommend them highly enough. We originally had valuations from 3x other agents, and were happy to go with one of them - but when Justin showed us around a property that we were looking at purchasing, we knew that we had to select Connells to represent us. The level of professionalism, and enthusiasm for his work convinced us that Justin would get the right sale for our own flat. It wasn't all plain sailing - we did lose one buyer - through no fault of Justin, Jason and the team. However this is when they can in to their own. They really did pull out all the stops to ensure that we found a new buyer, at the right price and on time to ensure that this setback didn't affect our own purchase, which was on a tight deadline. The level of contact was great - they were always available via text/mobile/email no matter when we needed to get in touch. In short - if you are selling in south Bristol - look no further!!!
