::We used this agent to sell a very large and complicated house with a very small market. We'd been trying to sell our house with numerous agents for 7 years and none of them understood how to explain to their clients how big it was and loads of time was wasted. Connells were very quick and clear while providing their service and we were supported all the way through. We were able to ring them as many times as was necessary and they even spoke to other people in our chain in order to secure the purchase of our next house, even though we weren't buying through them. ::The worse company i have ever dealt with. We were lied to, promised everythng they delivered next to nothing. Terrible communication. We had a formal complaint with numerous issues we were far from happy with, as a good will gesture we were offered a 3% (yes three!) Discount which i find an absolute insult. Since we have heard nothing. I think the way they treat their customers in very poor. Very unprofessional outfit..... PURPLE BRICKS NEXT TIME!!!
