  I was very pleased with the service provided at the consulate. The staff are quick to respond to emails and even though I applied for a 2 day transit visa, they were very kind to upgrade me to a 15 day tourist visa at no additional cost! The visa was also processed within the stipulated time at a very reasonable cost. Well done, and keep up the great work

  Went to renew my Pakistani passport the staff was very helpful specially Mr Nasim on passport counter,very polite friendly and helpful

  Whenever we tend to visit any Pakistani Government office in Pakistan or outside, most of the time we have to bear the bad behaviour of the officials there. I was thinking the same when i had to attest my Police Clearance Certificate from counslate in Glasgow today, but to my surprise everythig was completly opposite to my “worst” thoughts. The staff was friendly and helping. They even issued me my attested documents in a few minutes time. I publically want to praise the good behaviour of staff and their speedy response. These kind of Pakistani officials make a strong positive differnce in our society. Thumbs up.

  We write to express our appreciation and gratitude to your visa department and in particular to Nawaz Saab who immensely understood our circumstances and issued us with visas on the same day yesterday for visiting Karachi. It was a good feeling to know that your staff is trained to understand each individual’s circumstances.   We would also like to thank the two staff (one male and the other female) in the back room to allow us to quickly perform our Asar Salaat when we came to collect our visas around 3pm.   We would both like to wish all the staff at the consulate in Glasgow all the best and our duaas are always with you, people of Pakistan and the country itself.   Yours Sincerely,   Nazir & Nassim Jamal
