  Was in York for business trip. Traveled 300 miles from Scotland. Front wheel tyre started to develop bubble on side wall. Wanted to replace tyre to get back safely back home. Was informed that have to purchase tyre from BMW first so they can fit it. Regardless that i already had new tyre in my boot. So grateful to be BMW client for many years amazing attitude and willing to help. Managed to get back home with wobbling steering wheel and shaky car. Replaced my own tyre in local bmw without any probs.

  An excellent, efficient and effective sales team provided a professional service and made the 2 x 110 mile trips very worthwhile. They managed to process a car sale; from arrival to collection, in under 24 hours. Thank you.

  Cooper BMW York were excellent. We were given a time for collection, we arrived early, but were received promptly and Andrew dealt with us in a very efficient manner. He explained the workings of the car and answered all our queries efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble to hime and we headed of in around an hour and a half of arriving - Well Done
