This was my 2nd stay at the Copthorne. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient under the hotel. Eating in the restaurant; the service was amazingly quick and the food was tasty and good value. Many thanks to the staff. I'm sure I'll be staying again.

Very welcoming. As a regular visitor to Plymouth I will always use the Copthorne Hotel. It's close to the railway station and city centre which is perfect. Warm and quiet. Staff are always friendly and helpful if you need any. A really comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend it highly.

Used to Copthorne Hotel for a 3 day conference and spent 4 nights here. Although the bedrooms are a little dated, much of the rest of the hotel is undergoing a facelift and so far so good! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were all very polite, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The conference rates are exceptional value for money. I have booked another 5 conferences here this year and I cannot recommend it enough. Pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic stay at the Copthorne hotel. Made to feel very welcome, lovely room , great night sleep and fantastic breakfast. The little extras like the newspaper and bottled water in the room just added to the experience. Great location in town. Would most definitely return.

I normally go down to Plymouth and stay in a hotel out in the sticks because of its charm and good service. But on this occasion I booked the Copthorne in town. What a nice surprise. Front of house reception was warm and friendly, Staff were very good indeed if not excellent. Twin room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. And a great location if you want to get into the Barbican for a night out. Gallery bar was decent enough for a quick drink and on the whole I was impressed. If you can ignore the exterior, what awaits you inside are friendly staff, good rooms, super powerful and very hot showers, and a good nights sleep and likely with a good view to boot.
