    Very helpful staff. You can do the lottery, purchase birthday cards, exchange travel money etc. The only thing is the queue generally tends to be long with roughly a 5-10 minute wait. So i would say go just before the lunchtime rush. I have attached a photo of the queue when i first arrived.

    Long queues with only half the positions open because they had run out of milk for the staff to have a brew. Very slow

    Despite the website saying this site can verify ID documents it can not. Treked all the way there to then have to go back to the one near new street. Not impressed. Useless website. They were kind & virtuous to customer's however

    Its the busiest time of year, its one of th main post ofgices, the queue is at the door and there are two very slow people behind the counter. Absolutely ridiculous! This feedback is consistent but there has been no change. They obviously dont care about providing good customer service. If people stopped using it and went elsewhere they would so know.

    Ridiculous waiting times, the queue can be out the door and they will have 2 tills open. Sometimes have to wait 30+ minutes
