  Punti di forza : posizione, a due passi da Lancaster gate, colazione e pulizia Pecche: stanza microscopica, fredda, davvero difficile per convivere in due. Personale poco efficiente e con il pagamento in Euro, proposto da loro, fanno i furbi con la valuta Non ci tornerei, nei paraggi ci sono altre strutture a mio avviso più valide

  Ótima localização, perto do metrô e trem. Colado no parque. Gostamos do quarto após sermos trocados. Eles têm a opção de banheiro seco que não tem box e isso não é bom pois molha todo o banheiro. Não enfrentamos resistência ao pedir a alteração do quarto. Além disso o hotel é muito cultural, possui restaurante, ópera, piano tocado ao vivo, concierge e recepção 24h. Recomendo o hotel e a região. Um dos concierges é brasileiro e nos deu várias dicas.

  The room service is very slow. I requested for a shower cap and had to call room service one time and reception twice. Finally, I couldn't wait longer and went outside. The room (red one) is very small and freezing cold. The heating system does need to be improved! I asked for a portable heater. A staff said he will check about it and offered to bring me more blanket. I waited and got nothing. I complained again and was offered for more blanket and nothing again. A staff said he tried to adjust my room's temperature, but it was still cold. Even the heater was very cold itself! Lastly, after a long cold waiting, I asked to change the room. Thanks to one of the reception staffs. He offered me a new room (black) which was much better. However, I have to agree that the location of this hotel is very good. I can easily walk to places and the tube is very near. (Repost for adding more photos)

  The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is pretty much central to everything a visitor would want to see. A tube station is a block away, Hyde Park is beautiful and is just a few steps away. That's the best the hotel has to offer. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable, but it was terribly small for two people. The room service was, seemingly, non-existent as the only thing they seemed to do was swap out soap and towels. Trash that was left for them to take was left. The hallways smelled of musty carpet. The lobby was very nice and I was very hopeful when I saw it, but the stay was just ok.
