  Same as every other costa and Starbucks and neros. I prefer costa hot chocolate as not quite as sweet. Also generally staff seem more friendly and helpful. Well done costs for better customer service training.

  They had a sign for bacon butties for 1 pound with your coffee but they had "just ran out of bacon yesterday". Second time this happens, seems to be dishonest advertisement. This time, I asked them take the sign off the street then. They laughed it off and said they "gotta keep those doors open". Simply lying knowingly, what a disgrace. Business shouldn't be allowed to do this. Don't waste your time, Gregg's around the corner have a bacon butty deal too, cheaper and larger. And you don't get lied to to your face.
