  I've been maybe few times. I had okay service and good coffee or hot chocolate for different time. Place is very very very busy mostly time, that's why this place is not my favourite.

  The service here used to be 1st class. Buttons on keypad for payment are not legible.Pointed this out to staff 4 times over past 2 months. Really poor service today .

  Latte was fine but not well made. Daughter asked for a strawberry and cream Costa ice and was given a chocolate one. Went back to counter to get it changed only for the original server to be very rude and say my daughter had ordered it wrongly. Oh also had to ask for my change back. Not a great experience.
