  Not a happy customer. There were only 2 customers infront of me. I ordered a toastie. I then has to wait 10 minutes for it. When I was gIven my toastie only one side was toasted? I understand they got busy but I paid just like the other customers did. How come my service was shocking? Never again

  Great coffee. Shame about the staff though. It seems some basic manners and customer orientated service are sorely lacking here. Acknowledgement would be nice. Perhaps a barometer for society as a whole.

  Good coffee and good toasties. But they always never have the clotted cream in stock for my scones! :( So have to use butter as an alternative! But overall good for a pitstop
