  Very courteous and helpful and excellent coffee. Very difficult access to the premises for a disabled person because of the very heavy doors. I require assistance to get into the premises

  Great coffee but to many people use this shop to sit at tables with laptops and buy nothing, also take away food brought in from Waitrose and M & S across the road. Financial loss here Costa. Management get a grip and make it better by not allowing this to happen.

  OK quick service but gets very busy coffee. Not always hot.

  Normal Costa coffee offering. Staff here are more friendly than average.
