  Today I walked into costa coffee on the merrion centre in Leeds, I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, unfortunately badly needing the toilet and in a rush I politely asked the staff if I could use the lavatory but hadn’t on this occasion made a purchase. The answer was simply no, no consideration no nothing, great customer service, a great help to a heavily pregnant lady in difficulty, thank you very much . I will not be returning and actualy will never use Costa Coffee ever again!!

  Sitting next to a loud slamming door which shakes the wall next to me made the visit very unpleasant. Not stocking macaroni cheese at 4pm and only the disabled toilet available for use added to the disappointment. Good cortado.

  Just dropt my try with my hot chocolate & toastie on it no salvation. Amazing staff made me it all again ,with no extra charge.

  Love costa coffee shops. Staff are always friendly & helpful. This particular one, had a lovely man that worked there, that asked me if I wanted to try their new coffee. It was quite nice too.
