  The girl that served us was very nice, but the cup's and tea pots and trays were still dirty even though they had been cleaned

  My coffee got slopped all over the saucer and down the side of the cup by the 'barista', with little attempt to tidy it up. Went to find napkins to wipe the cup myself - none freely available. All the tables covered in rubbish and dirty cups, so we had to clear a space ourselves. A staff member did come round to tidy and apologise after we had sat down.

  Love going to Costa, especially Cannon Park and Waterstones, Coventry. It doesn't matter which you go to the service is excellent.
