    Greedy landlord and hopeless staff. Not only rude and useless staff but very slow to rectify things. Add to that high rent and all the charges during checkout, they are a real blood sucker landlord. Needless to say did not stay for long.

    They are the worse landlords going. I phoned them saying my toilet seat was broken and door handle and it took them six months to come and fix it so done it my self they are a completely useless. And so rude on the phone when you phone them up no need for it. I am so glad to be leaving them I have learnt my lesson

    Have been living in one of their properties for just under a year. FINALLY we are able to move out and not a day too soon. These people are literally the worst landlords on Earth. Our flat was filthy when we moved in, the tap was broken and they took a week to fix it. The bedrooms are covered in mould and they refuse to do anything about it. The boiler was broken, and they refused to fixed it - instead they sent us the wrong instructions to use it. They never return emails or telephone calls. The office receptionist is the rudest and most incompetent idiot I have known - a deaf, blind and mute slug could do a better job. These people are ripoff merchants and will take you for a ride. See Cranbourne Homes? Run a mile. Then keep running!

    Avoid at all costs. The flat was covered in mould and now they're refusing to return deposit. Living on the streets is preferable to living in a property belonging to Cranbourne homes

    Front door has been broken for about 3 months now, still not replaced. I have had to climb in and out the window to access my own flat! Been living here for 2 years now! DO NOT TRUST THIS LANDLORD! HE WILL ALSO TRY AND SCAM YOU! My rent is £575 a month and he wanted £160 for 6 days rent! I have that letter still demanding that money. Disgusting poor excuse for a human being.
