  The ownership has changed recently. I received great customer service and met helpful staff who helped me carry my boxes when the lift was not working. I found the place a good value for money, easily accessible right opening from the street.

  Happy to let their clients dump junk on the Broadway or next street, not a great addition to the community and exp3nsive as a shipper

  CON ARTISTS . WHEN GETING STORAGE THEY WELCOME YOU AND WHEN LEAVING THEY DONT GIVE THE REMAINING BALANCE REFUND MAKING ALL SORT OF EXCUSES LIKE SCRATCHED WALL OR DIRTY UNIT WHILE THEY CHECKED AND MADE ME SIGN DOCUMENTS THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK SCAMMERS CHEATERS GO TO ACCESS SELF STORAGE MUCH BETTER SERVICE

  What would you think about a business owner who in order to balance negative reviews his company keeps receiving, forces an employee to write a good review using his own personal Google account. "They were simply amazing. Would definitely use them again." ? How do I know that? Because that's what my review about Cre8 Self Storage was saying up until now and yes, I was that employee. This is not vengeance, I am not doing this out of spite, I just feel that I have the moral obligation to tell you all how the owner of this company operates. He is dodgy, unreliable, dishonest and he offers a low quality service all masked by a big smile and a readiness to please all your needs at what seems to be the best price on the market. He is a fraudster and client satisfaction is not on his list of priorities. Glad I left
