  WOW! Amazing selection of designer brands! There are runway pieces I would only expect to see in London. I would suggest any fashion lover to take a trip to Cricket!

  Awful My 14 year old daughter bought apair of Isabelle Marants the leather came apart my advice never ever buy anything from this shop they don’t have an exchange or refund policy.Staff awful staff say they sent photographs to Isabelle marant who deny it’s a fault with the shoes so they won’t exchange .Still waiting for the Email Cricket sent to Isabelle Marant. Warning anyone with young girls buy from the actual retailer my 14 year old has a 2month old pair of £400.00 shoes she can’t wear.

  I have shopped at this shop for a very long time and I think the staff are amazing! They always go out their way to help me receive the best possible service that they can, I would genuinely not shop anywhere else. I think in all 3 stores the staff are so helpful as I shop for myself, boyfriend and children. They make sure to make the shopping trip as not stressful as possible, and this makes me for sure want to go back for more. So well done and thank you to the staff in cricket, you are truly amazing!!!

  Upon entering, I was met with a strong smell of smoke, amongst other substances ,which Wasn't the best start , having been here multiple times previously and having a good experience. Although this would usually send me straight back out the store, I needed to buy a gift for someone, I asked a member of staff if they had a size small in a top I was hoping to buy. 5 minutes later the same member of staff was stood there staring into space, so I walked out as i could see none of the staff were bothered to do anything and I was unwilling to ask a second time, this is not what I expect when entering a “high end” store. Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be returning anytime soon. I evenentually found what I was looking for in a nearby store called Flannels, which is a much better alternative as it’s a much nicer store, in a better area, with better staff.

  Me birds brother asked the fella to go and get a size 8 to try for fitting so he could order the colour he wanted online! The fella forgot what his job was and was like ‘ I’m not going upstairs to get you a pair of shoes’ thought he was joking at first but he was serious 😂👍proper sausage head
