  spoke to them on the phone regarding to know whether they offer vehicle tax renewal services, they said yes and I thanked him but he just hang up on me. very unprofessional and rude

  Terrible service, would not recommend. Very unprofessional, avoid if you can. The woman behind the counter got the address wrong on two separate occasions even though she was reading it off a clearly printed label on the parcels. This resulted in me having to post items twice as they were returned the first time due to being sent to the wrong address.

  after being called rude and accused of stealing tape today dont think i will be coming back. I asked the man, who was on his phone and refused to help if i could borrow a pair of sicsors to cut the tape to place the label on the parcel. he told me to rip the tape so i gave that a go and did not work so i asked again and he asked me why was it not working and how. After asking a third time he let me have them, once i turned my back he said that theres no need to be rude about it. I turned around and said i was not being rude. I handed the siscors back to another women working there and she accused me of stealing the tape and yelled at me that i had to buy it. bit of an unprofessional atmosphere harassing their customers.
