  Good: Got our stuff through New Zealand bio checks without any charges to us (although I suspect they may have had to pay for everything to be unpacked because the inventory was so poor). Staff in New Zealand tried to be helpful - although it was clear they were having to push management to get us treated well. Salesman wasn't pushy (other than insisting he took us through the brochure) Bad: Packers couldn't get metal pole out of Ikea chrome racking so twisted pole until socket snapped off. Packers totally mucked up the inventory making customs and unpacking very difficult. Haphazard packing in the UK. Strange things like a pair of plastic goggle carefully wrapped while a computer was put straight into a box without wrapping. Boxes badly miss or uselessly labelled, e.g. 'papers' for a box of lamps or 'storage box'. Salesman's pitch and reality wildly different. Conclusion: It was good to have a local destination branch to talk to about all the things that went wrong, but otherwise really not worth the large premium over competitors. Stressful.

  We used Crown Relocations door to door service when we emigrated from the UK to Australia. Excellent Service and amazing Customer Service. You do not have to worry about anything as Crown Relocations take care of it for you. The tracker system is an excellent tool to see where your shipment is at anyone time and saves you contacting anyone to find out. I would certainly use Crown Relocations again if I had to move.
