  It was a lovely experience. I went to a conference to hear an inspirational speaker. The venue was the icing on the cake. Helpful friendly staff delicious unusual snacks. Comfy chairs. Appealing decor

  I stay here frequently with work. Clean modern building. Helpful staff and good restaurant/bar service. Only issue is that there is no dedicated hotel parking and you will need to park at the Mail Box. Also the gym is pretty sad, needs new equipment...

  Great hotel. Very clean. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Only let down is the hotels lack of car park and the steep road/drive way you have to negotiate if you want to leave the hotel, as there is no pathway. Nevertheless, i would definitely stay again.

  Attended for a work conference and the rooms were spacious and well appointed - food was provided throughout the day and there was a mini pick and mix available for conference attendees! Staff were pleasant and helpful and everything ran smoothly through the day. Building works in city centre made parking and access by car very difficult, I am sure this will be resolved soon but for now, go by train!

  My overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. There were issues with lack of heating in common areas which detracted from the stay. Inclement weather led to staff shortages, but thanks to some heroic employees who worked tirelessly to accommodate my group, we didn't feel that level of service was affected much. Rooms are clean and serviceable and temperature in the rooms were comfortable despite heating issues elsewhere in the hotel. The fitness center is basic but sufficient if you're creative with the equipment available. Restaurant provided a great complimentary English breakfast, but lunch and dinner was average.
