  Very nice hotel, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. There is also a stylish bar and restaurant here, along with pool and gym facilities. The only complaint would be the extortionate car park prices.

  Hotel has been recently refurbished. Nice rooms and bed. Parking no problem. Swim and gym available. This hotel is next to motorway but bit far from town center.

  Stayed here for 2 nights . It was a great experience: - clean rooms and comfortable bedding - friendly , helpful staff especially reception - great facilities (gym, spa , indoor pool) - delicious food choices and lovely atmosphere all round. I was aware that I had to pay a parking charge upon check-out; however, if parking was free for guests, i would have given five stars. Overall, a lovely experience and may visit in the future if I’m in Leeds again ! :)

  Hotel is very modern and has all the amenities that you would expect. Rooms are clean comfortable and bright. Bed very comfy but pillows could be better. We were in a club room which gives access to club lounge. The food in lounge was very poor but drinks etc was fine. Food consists of carrot, cucumber sticks and dormitory style chips. Breakfast is continental style which is OK.

  Went back to his hotel after about 6 years. Finally been refurbished and brought up to standard of the other Crowne Plazas around the country. Didn't disappoint - bar & restaurant area looks really good, rooms totally revamped, now able to offer 'club' rooms with a beautiful club lounge. Most impressive was the staff! lovely, friendly staff and happy to help always. They helped me organise flowers for the room for my anniversary and they upgraded our room as we got married at this hotel & this was a special anniversary. Took interest in our return visit with the concierge giving us a mini tour of improved facilities, he was nice and helpful. Slight downside was the restaurant menu hasn't improved, its still provides very ordinary food for the quality of this hotel. The manager there was quite miserable also with a forced smile, she was efficient and met your needs but her bedside manner was poor. Overall we will be returning and now have lovely hotel to use when we visit Leeds.
