  The hotel itself is lovely! The lunch that we had was beautiful! And good prices. We also used the spa which was good the only thing that let it down personally was the massage. Not that it was bad at all by any means but the masseuse used plastic gloves which felt a bit strange and took away from the experience slightly. But all in all a good venue and I would recommend it.

  Friendly Staff, cleaned rooms, nice bar... Especially the reception is friendly and helpful in all questions. Everything we ask for was no problem for them and they solved.our questions quickly. a very good Spa place ist in the Hotel, too. The Hotel is located near the City, you can go for a Walk or Take the Bus to enjoy your stay without any Problems. Thank you for the nice stay in Nottingham!!!!

  This hotel really needs repairs. The faucets and lights in the bathroom needed repair. The shower is not thermostatically controlled so you get scalded when someone flushes a toilet elsewhere in the building. The pictures of the pool area are much better than the actual pool itself. It is much smaller than it appears in the pictures on the site of the hotel. On a positive note the front desk staff are very very welcoming and will try to help you any way they can.

  This is actually quite a nice hotel. The ground level, that is street-level, is just the front desk and check in. Go up one level and there is a sitting area along with a bar and restaurant area. Parking is pretty tight, and if you're an American like me, it's best to have someone else do the driving if at all possible. We had a pretty small car but we're still Within 4 to 6 in of posts and other vehicles. The restaurant for breakfast is actually quite nice. Pretty good selection of meat and other hot food options. The eggs were a little different, and I avoided them. There's actually quite a lot to do in downtown Nottingham and some interesting places to see, most of which are within walking distance. Cabs are readily available. Didn't cry Uber, but it is probably available also. If you got some time, go to see the Robin Hood statue and the castle remains just up above it. I don't think you can actually go into the castle, but the remains, built into and on top of a rocky hill are pretty impressive. The Bell Pub as well as A Trip to Jerusalem, which is a pub, are worth seeing also.

  Went for a hen weekend. Friendly and helpful staff throughout, nice clean rooms, robes in our room, access to the spa (which we did not use), a good selection for breakfast. The location was perfect. Close enough to everything, but without the noise. The tram stop was a stone's throw from the entrance too. Very happy with our short stay.
