  not the best agency. not horrible, as the staff sounded friendly on the phone. however, we called in to let them know we would be late to a viewing and they said it'd be okay, and they would wait for us until we got there at 3:45. when we got there, she was not there. we waited at the property for at least an hour, calling the office occasionally, each time being assured they'd call back shortly, which they never did. finally we got in touch with the person we were supposed to meet, who told us she waited for a half an hour but left when we were that late (even though she knew we'd be more than half an hour late and said she would still be there?) so we ended up waiting outside the property for ages with no communication from the agency other than, eventually, that the lady had been back at the office the whole time we'd been waiting. and they didn't tell us. anyway, we decided not to rebook a viewing even though we loved the pics of the property because we don't want any more interaction with the agency.

  Sick of getting at least 10 leaflets of theirs stuck through my letter box every week, sometimes 2/3 times a week. NOT INTERESTED.

  Probably new staff or something's changed, because we are happy with all service. Excellent service, quick, accurate. Nice friendly and helpful staff.

  I found the staff to be friendly and helpful when I was in the process of selling my flat. While I did not complete the sale with this agent they did find a large number of people who were interested in the flat and managed viewings well. My only concern was that they may have been more interested in flogging mortgages/insurances than selling the flat!
