  My contracts it's finished and I wait three days to get a new contract which is normally takes five minutes job to go in the computer and change the date very slow company

  I've dealt with almost every estate agent in Carlisle and used them as full management when renting property out and I've also dealt with many in Spain and to be honest their all W- - - - - S , but I have to say I have found Cumbrian Properties to be the most inefficient and unprofessional,, full management what a joke you ask them to do something and have to keep asking them and eventually you'd have to arrange it yourself .

  A professional, efficient company with a very good approach to service. All members of staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. Rebecca deserves a special mention as she was always helpful and supportive and kept me informed. She prompted me and guided me well.
