  Laptop developed numerous hardware and software faults within a few months of purchase. Took for free "repairs" and was assured afterwards that everything was fixed. Took it home and the problems showed not long after starting up my laptop. The team obviously did not run tests to see if the machine was actually fixed or not. Think I'll buy from an independent shop next time.

  I went to get my laptop serviced. After several minutes of assessing the problems, I was told that PC WORLD do not service this laptop because they cannot retain the parts for it. The laptop is a well known ASUS model...

  Went here on the Friday to use a voucher letter I had as an apology for being totally messed around online trying to order a microwave drone these Muppets but that's another story. Anyway I goes to the Finnieston branch with this letter for a £30 voucher as way of an apology from CPCW the guy at the till nicks it up so after about waiting an hour and a half he says can we come back tomorrow which is the Saturday. The wife wanted a steam iron so I just bought it for cash came back on the Saturday only for another Muppet to make an ass of the voucher and he then asks CAN I COME BACK ON MONDAY. ffs 😠😠 will NEVER EVER use these Muppets again

  Nice staff, clean & tidy store, some decent deals on, so it's a winner for me, has been for quite a few years really, bought plenty from here with little complaint.

  We weren't overly impressed by this branch of PC World. In the past you couldn't walk in the door without being pounced on with offers of help before you'd even had a chance to browse. Recently we've had the other extreme of staff mulling around in a group having a conversation about nights out, and on another occasion they seemed to be having a staff conference with no-one around to help. We left and bought what we needed elsewhere.
