::Nice friendly staff always helpful. Belgian dude (sorry forgot his name) set up my new bike and gave me great tips for maintenance. I work as a bike messenger in the city and usually find myself needing to pop in for tubes or brake pads often enough and the shop is always stocked very well so I know when I get there I'll be able find what I'm looking for :)

::Always had a wonderful experience in this store, the mechanics are always willing to assist with any issues I have and the shopfloor staff are all really knowledgeable about the range of products. Bought my Giro Cylinder shoes from here on the recommendation of Jordan and they're doing really well! Couldn't recommend the store enough!

::What was supposed to cost around 140 quid and should be ready in one to two days, cost 214 quid and took 9 days. They were very poor at communication and my bike came back with flat tires and black grease stained grips. If you want to know what kind of shop they are just read the reply. No apology for their service. No sorry about the grips we'll replace them. No sorry we left you will dangerously deflated tires (I had to walk home). No sorry we didn't call you for eight days. Just a blame apology- we are sorry you feel that way. Pick up your game. Also the only extra cost I agreed to was the 19quid brakes. That doesn't add up.

::Excellent bike shop with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff coupled with a wide choice of bikes and accessories. Matt who looked after me was especially helpful and seemed keen to ensure I bought the bike that was right for me (as opposed to just selling me a bike). The service on collection was similarly faultless. Now looking forward to getting out on my new purchase (which I got for an unbeatable price). Highly recommended!
