  We stayed here for one night, bed, breakfast and dinner. Room was clean, warm and had a contemporary feel. Good, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Eventing meal was great, served by happy staff, which can make a difference when you're staying at the same place. Breakfast was continental with a cooked English. Very tasty. Great value for money. Overnight parking was nearby and discounted when you present your ticket. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

  My husband and I called at the Dakota, Leeds yesterday afternoon for a couple of drinks. The upstairs bar doesn’t open until 5pm but we were shown into the main bar where we ordered our drinks. We were sat in pleasant surroundings near the bar and soon got chatting to one of the very friendly staff who’s name was Vincent. We asked him if there was a bar food menu which he brought to us and at the same time said that we should have a look at the room towards the end of the bar as it may be more comfortable for eating. Although the room and Vincent were very busy he found us a lovely table with very comfortable seating, brought us our next order of drinks and took our order for food. The food was brought to us in good time, I had steak frites which was absolutely lovely and cooked perfectly, my husband had the burger which was delicious. We then had a dessert each which were to die for. We treated ourselves to a cocktail which was fabulous and enjoyed a coffee each to end the afternoon. All in all we had a lovely afternoon made all the better by the attentive staff, especially Vincent, all of whom couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable in the lovely surroundings of a beautiful hotel. We will be back very soon for both food and hopefully next time to stay overnight.

  Without a doubt this is the best hotel experience I have had in the UK for a very long time. The service wasn't just service, it was and experience. The staff are so genuinely happy, they love what they are doing and they are obviously supported by a forward thinking company that has world class recruitment and ambition. The hotel is beautiful, I could not even find when trying a fault (that;s never happened before) even the architect, designers and builders deserve a shout out! Cleanliness was faultless. Food was quite frankly gorgeous, I even chose a typically bland dish to test them, it was seasoned to perfection. The room facilities are way above the price tag and would satisfy the most hardened of traveler, business person or tech guru alike. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the valet service. Make sure you go to the first floor bar. If I had a hotel I would want every member of staff we met this weekend on my team, they are an absolute credit to the hotel and a pleasure to have been served by in our 'Temporary Home' for the weekend!! Well done

  We’ve just got back from staying here and we both had a fantastic time. As soon as you walk in the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had the executive suite and couldn’t fault it, the room was beautifully decorated, clean and the bed was so comfy we both had a brilliant sleep. The shower is also amazing. We stopped for food and drinks and again all the staff were brilliant and very friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The food was very nice and the cocktails too. We had breakfast in the morning and the choice was very good and very tasty. Very happy customers and can’t wait to book up for our next stay.

  Un hotel excelente. Habitaciones nuevas, limpias y exquisitamente decoradas. El desayuno de buffet+menú es espectacular, merece la pena pagarlo. Personal de recepción muy amable, educado y servicial. Ubicación céntrica y tranquila. Absolutamente recomendable.
