  Opening times listed on site is not accurate. Says open till 7:30 and I was turned away at 5:30! Ridiculous! Staff is never trained to use the front desk post office! Staff at actual post office ignore you and don't seem very warm and friendly. Pathetic excuse for a store!

  I use this place all the time, they never moan about taking a special delivery even if I do slightly miss the cut off time..... First class service!

  The staff was rude..they dint understood my requirement and finally somehow I managed to post my item.

  They lost my parcel and despite Royal Mail telling me to request they checked in their post office. The lady behind the counter refused to check to see if it fell. Now I have to go through the process of application thanks to them.

  We arrived at the post office 6 minutes before (what we thought to be) the closing time. We were turned away as the service we required would take too long and they promptly turned the lights off (still prior to what we believed to be the closing time). Checking on the Post Office Branch Finder it states their closing time to be 18:30 on the day in question, meaning they closed up a whole hour and 5 minutes early. Firstly, WE don't know how long any given service takes but I would expect that in any part of the service industry (in which I work) you wouldn't turn away a customer if you were still technically open. I suggest you amend your opening hours if you're not going to commit to your hours and be a bit more helpful to your customers. Not a particularly helpful post office and in line with a previous review - not efficient.
