  Been with DL clubs for two years now as a racket enthusiast as well as swim and keep fit, staff are very friendly and customer focused. Considering my very frequent use, if you visit once a week or irregular, then you are not gonna get VFM, I am at least 2 or 3 visits per week so VFM is excellent. Food is health focused so a few more of your pennies but depending on your membership, 10% discount over the counter is on offer. Other than lockers, there are free security lockers for valuables to offer that peace of mind. Can't fault the modern equipped gym.

  They are just trying to get off your money. Disgraceful... I’ll never step my foot in one of those gyms again. They forced me to pay for one year contract when I’ve been asking specifically for a flexible membership wich is 3 Months NOT 12!!!! Ffff...

  My locker was broken into. iPhone and wallet stolen. Cards used in stores. The combination lock was provided by David lloyds, the membership is not cheap yet the gym can not provide a more secure lock. I’ve also heard this isn’t the first time this has happened. Then trying to cancel the membership is a joke. Ive probably made a good 10 of my friends join. Yet no compensation was offered. How would you feel if you paid a lot of money for a gym and a simple thing like a lock can not be changed, your personal belongings get stolen that you purchased with your hard earned money and David Lloyd can not apologise or take responsibility and offer anything but advice. Which was to ‘Use the lockers at the front of the gym because they are more secure’. There are probably hundreds of members at the gym, how do you even expect them to use the lockers at the front? There’s probably 30 lockers at the front, if even that many. Complaining also seems to be an issue as this is probably already on your computer because I have mentioned this many times. Head office seem to think by forwarding my complaint to the branch, maybe they could resolve it. Fact is, they couldn’t resolve it in the first place so it keeps going in circles. This company probably has the worst process written in place. The reviews are complete shyt. Its no wonder you clowns have been on watchdog previously. Really and truly u should compensate me for what has happened. I’m going to give you guys the worst review ever

  A good club from the David Lloyd brand with great indoor and outdoor tennis courts. There are 7 indoor courts as well as 6 outdoor ones. The spa area could be cleaner and improved. The jacuzzi is very small and therefore, usually crowded. My tip: if you wanna relax, head to David Lloyd Hampton where the spa facilities are second to none in comparison with Heston’s.

  Very small and basic gym for the price I've seen better. it has everything you would expect from a leisure centre including an annoying guy who kicks you out bang on 11. Please note the facilities close at 11 Monday to Friday not 11:30 its all a big scam their liers at least be honest with the time you close.
