  Having waited 5 weeks and been given a starting date for the agreed work, no-one arrived. The shop was contacted and the so called managing director said that no one would be starting that day as they were behind. Her manner was very offhand and she could not give a new date but said she would phone at 11am. She did not phone so a visit was made to the shop and she was out at a hotel but did not carry a mobile phone. I was told she would PROBABLY phone in the afternoon but 12 days later we are still waiting. They advertise as experts and investors in people but I suspect that most of their work is contracted out and that is why the prices are inflated. I have since had the work completed to a wonderful standard for £500 less than their quote. Beware fancy shops and empty promises.
