  Cafeteria worth visiting. Staff very friendly. Coffee good. Best scone, jam and cream in Newport.

  We wonder why stores are loosing money? Tell you what; tell the staff to stop propping up a dummy chatting to their colleagues or flicking on a phone and not offering 'customer service' to do what they are paid to do. Provide 'customer service' or actually, do some work! Off to Amazon.

  Debenham has great sales. I love to spend quality time browsing all floors. I like looking for things for myself and my home but also thinking of friends and family gifts. It's well set out and you don't really get caught up in huge queues.

  Staff are great at assisting you with any questions. Always willing to go out their way to get your product. The shop floor is maintained very well with easy signs. The store often has deals and rewards on. I collected a dolce gusto was £190 I got it for £48 also a Russel Hobbs drink maker was £33 I got it for £14.80. You really can't go wrong. (Offers vary)

  Great department store with a wide variety of clothing, beauty products, bags and home wares. Store is always clean and tidy and staff are friendly and helpful. The store is located right next to Friars Walk car park with plenty of parking, although can be busy at peak times. The cafe on the top floor is OK but there are better places for the price in Newport.
