  Really do like this chain, always helpful when wanting advice, well the men's section is. I have found the mens dept brillant in helping me to adjust from losing 8stone and helping me to adjust to a total new Outlook. I won't go anywhere else. Leeds branch is brillant

  Disgraceful service. I was made to wait 30 minutes. While the TWO CASHIERS Leisurely filled in forms for cards with two customers chatting idly while myself an other customers were waiting to buy. One woman was even stood with her hands on her hips for about ten minutes not offering to open another till or even fill the forms in. I had to ask to pay. Why do you insist on constantly flogging your cards. Anyone could fill one in and then not pay. And make paying customers wait. The management must be stupid. No wonder you are always empty.

  I love the various clothes boutiques that are all under one roof. The perfumery and make section is quite large with plenty to choose from. Home section has a great range. Fantastic store with plenty of choice to suit all budgets.

  I like the range of quality and branded goods with a big price range to suit all pockets. Service is generally goid, with knowledgeable friendly staff.

  Store is well labelled and laid out. Staff are helpful, not as many in certain departments, can make it difficult to get assistance at times. Good range of products at very reasonable prices.
