  Awful store. Managers are so arrogant. Met selling support manager Ashok Patel regarding a refund. He was extremely obnoxious and condescending. STAY AWAY AWFUL SHOP NO WONDER THEY ARE ISSUING A PROFIT WARNING WTH THIS KIND OF SERVICE !!!

  I would like to say what good service I had from the assistant on the fitting room on Sunday 7th January 18. I booked the bra fitting service. Really happy. Well done. Thank you.

  Went to purchase a chanel face cream nobody serving on counter due to staff shortages was advised by a consultant from another concession to try boots which I did. I have sent three emails to complain they answered the first one only ! Very poor customer service

  My mum and I visited Debenhams today to do some shopping and decided to have something to eat in the cafe. What an experience, the staff were so friendly and chatty, we were greeted as we went in and even given a goodbye on the way out. Our tray was collected before we left and we had a lovely chat with one of the staff. We had such a lovely time and it was over and above what you would normally expect. A really lovely experience. Thank you

  Went for a trial at Chanel for the new foundation but have to say that I came out with a full makeover without any pressure into buying. I have to say the two ladies that were looking after me my sister and friend (14.1.17) Ann (unsure of the other ladies name) were great ..they were asking us all sorts of questions talking to us about the products and didn't force anything on us that we did not want. They listened to what we wanted and we left really happy. After a few hours of shopping (5 to be precise) we popped back to purchase the foundation and a few other products. All in all a wonderful customer service. Will be going back to Chanel again.
