  Good variety of goods. Staff helpful. They are short of bigger sizes, ie 16 and over in the fashion ranges. The bigger size clothes are more dowdy.

  The store is nice and often stocks what you want. Staff are pleasant (when you can find someone) but the call center staff can leave a lot to be desired. In short. Fine as long as you don't have any problems

  We went in for a light snack in the brass monkey and it was absolute rubbish.. jacket potato was tasteless, it was like eating cardboard.. the chicken wrap was so tough like eating paper . Wouldn't recommend going in for a meal of any description.. I was ignored at the bar, whilst waiting to be served, the bar staff completely ignored me and said to the gentleman next to me, yes sir.. ahem, I'm next Luckily the man said, she is... tables were dirty and the seating was so tall we had to move to another table!....

  Nice department store. It's standard. Nothing great, nothing specially bad. Just average. There's a spa and a money exchange. Cafe has a nice view, but isn't nice enough like to recommend.

  Debenhams is probably my favourite department store. They sell virtually everything! Floor by floor lots of quality bargains, with a nice cafe on the top floor. I especially love it when they have the blue cross sale on, you can grab some real great bargains then. I just love the women's clothing at Debenhams and this store has a vast selection. The staff are friendly and helpful also.
