  Great shop. Shame you can't find staff anywhete to help with shoes in the men's section.

  Very very poor. Eventhough it has been busy at the Trafford Centre today, the toilets are beyond disgraceful. As soon as you walk in there is a putrid smell of poo. Each cubical has urine all over the floor. The sides near the sinks and the floor are soaked wet with god knows what. They have obviously not been checked or cleaned all day. Also out side the door there is toilet roll everywhere and rubbish. When going to the toilet no matter how busy they have been I do not enjoy leaving, feeling grubby and disgusted by my experience. I'm not usually one to write a review but this needs seriously addressing as I can't be the only one to feel this way.

  Called last night (21st Nov) around 7-15 to purchase a gift voucher for my daughter-in-law, large queue ground floor, large queue first floor, was waiting ages as you only had 3 on the tills, one was serving a customer who had admittedly bought a lot of items but at one point had 4 members of staff helping her, lucky person, then one lady who was being served was asking about an item so the assistant left the till and went looking with her which took an age, every one in the queue were getting agitated, I myself was in two minds to abandon the visit, but unfortunately I haven't a Debenhams in my town, and I don't like getting vouchers from supermarkets, it wasn't a particularly busy evening, but I dread to think what it will be like nearer Christmas, no thank you for waiting nothing from your assistant (other assistant yes) when you have on your website people usually spend about 15 minutes in store I doesn't state queueing at the tills!!!! You need to man the tills or train them to help if they see a large queue

  Lots of choice in a big store. Women's wear is massive. Would like a better homewares department. Sale always worth checking out. Menswear is improving and a lot of items are on sale. Restaurant is ok but not great still it's much quieter than the food court.
